Director of Sales Solutions Engineering

John Van Nortwick is the Director of Sales Solutions Engineering at Fleetworthy Solutions, where he works with large North American fleets to implement integrated safety, compliance, tolling, and bypass technologies that reduce risk and improve operational efficiency. 

He brings more than 20 years of experience in trucking safety, compliance, and transportation technology, including prior leadership roles at RAIR/Lytx, where he served as Vice President of Product Development. In that role, he led the development of ELD audit and CSA solutions adopted by more than 50 of the top 100 U.S. carriers and contributed to the advancement of video-based safety and analytics platforms. 

Earlier in his career, John served in the U.S. Marine Corps during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, an experience that shaped his disciplined, results-focused approach to leadership.

Sarah Heath-Vincent is a DOT Compliance and Fleet Safety expert with nearly a decade of experience at a major EV Automaker where she served as North America DOT Compliance Manager overseeing regulatory adherence, driver safety programs, and fleet operations for thousands of drivers nationwide. Now a Solutions Sales Engineer at Fleetworthy, Sarah brings a practitioner’s perspective to fleet technology, having spent years in the trenches managing compliance, vendor relationships, and cost optimization across large, complex fleets. Her background spans DOT/FMCSA regulation, telematics, fleet budgeting, and cross-functional program management, giving her a unique ability to connect real-world operational challenges to innovative solutions like Toll Genius. Smith System Certified and deeply versed in the financial and regulatory pressures facing today’s fleets, Sarah is passionate about helping fleet professionals eliminate inefficiencies, reduce costs, and stay ahead of compliance demands.
